Scott Bryant

Scott Bryant has been a Partner at Bale Boshev since 1989 and is based in the Belmont office, where he manages daily operations. A lifelong resident of Newcastle, Scott is deeply connected to the community, maintaining strong ties across the region and visiting clients at the Hamilton and East Maitland offices as needed. Scott began his legal career in 1976 as an Articled Clerk in Newcastle and completed the Solicitors Admission Board qualifications through the University of Sydney. With over 30 years of experience, he focuses on Property as well as Wills and Estates law. His approach is client-centred, committed to achieving the best outcomes whether assisting with residential property purchases, subdivisions, or estate planning. Recognised for his compassionate manner, Scott provides sensitive support to families navigating the Probate and Estates process, helping to ease what is often a difficult time. Outside of his legal work, Scott is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly of rugby league, cricket and horse racing. He enjoys a friendly wager and social drink on Saturdays but maintains a personal commitment to abstain from alcohol throughout February each year.
