Peter Bale

Peter Bale is the Managing Partner with extensive experience as a solicitor since 1978. His legal work spans conveyancing, finance and mortgages, subdivision and development, leases, business and commercial law, franchising, and liquor law. Peter is widely recognised in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley for his comprehensive understanding of business and property matters. Currently, Peter is engaged in negotiating and documenting substantial leasing agreements for landlords, working with prominent organisations such as Hoyts Cinemas, AAMI Insurance, Wormald, the Australian Government, and Telstra. These leasing arrangements often involve annual rentals exceeding $250,000. Beyond his professional commitments, Peter is a life member of the Redhead Surf Lifesaving Club and an active member of the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club and the Newcastle Golf Club. He is also a dedicated supporter of the Newcastle Knights.
