Established in 2016 by Principal Solicitor Ms Diane Ruhl, Ruhl Family Law Centre is committed to supporting clients through every stage of separation. With more than 30 years of combined experience focusing exclusively on family law and domestic violence matters, our team prioritises clarity, care, and confidence in all our client interactions. We provide tailored advice and representation across a broad spectrum of family law issues. Our services include parenting and child-related matters, child support, property settlements that consider superannuation, binding financial agreements, spousal maintenance, and divorce applications. We also assist with protection orders, wills, enduring powers of attorney, and guide clients through collaborative law processes. When resolution through negotiation, mediation, or collaboration is not achievable, we provide experienced advocacy in court proceedings, including injunctions and enforcement actions. Additionally, we support clients with Legal Aid Queensland applications to ensure access to justice. Operating across Australia, we utilise flexible communication methods to keep clients informed, set realistic expectations, and work towards effective outcomes in a cost-conscious manner.
