Neville Penman commenced his legal career with a substantial foundation, having been mentored by EW Johnson of Johnson & Sendall in Goulburn. After being admitted as a solicitor in 1938, he refined his expertise with esteemed firms including Davies & Woods in Canberra and Phillips & Co in Yass. His service in the Australian Army in 1942 further enriched his experience. Upon returning to civilian life, Neville resumed work with Phillips & Co before establishing his own practice in late 1947, laying the groundwork for what would become an enduring legal legacy. The firm thrives on a philosophy of nurturing client relationships that often span generations. Presently led by directors Paula and Bailey, Penmans continues to uphold the values and tradition of service that have defined its history.
