Bailey Dunleavy

Bailey Dunleavy, a Director at Penmans, is a dedicated lawyer with a robust focus on Dispute Resolution, Litigation, and Wills and Estates. Her journey into law began during a Bachelor of Arts program, where she discovered her calling while studying contracts and negligence in a business law course. This led her to the University of Western Sydney, where she pursued a combined degree in Social Science and Law. Currently advancing her expertise, Bailey is working towards a Masters in Commercial Litigation, ensuring her clients benefit from her in-depth knowledge of contractual disputes. A distinguished graduate, Bailey received the Dean’s medal upon completion of her studies. She commenced her legal career at Penmans while attending the College of Law, and her remarkable skills and dedication were quickly recognised. Admitted as a solicitor in 2015, Bailey's abilities impressed her colleagues, leading to her invitation into the partnership just five years later. Bailey has cultivated a diverse legal practice over the years, and she currently spearheads the Wills and Estates and Dispute Resolution teams. Her litigation work spans Will disputes as well as Civil and Commercial litigation matters.
