Stefanie Tate

Stefanie joined Nicholes Family Lawyers in November 2024, bringing a strong commitment to client care and a growing body of experience in family law. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2021, she commenced practicing in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University, where she gained practical experience through an internship assisting family lawyers with Family Violence Intervention Order matters. Stefanie has worked on parenting and property proceedings, including representing clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia on recovery order matters and contravention applications. She is dedicated to guiding clients through the legal process, ensuring they understand the complexities of their family law issues and feel prepared for all outcomes. Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys crime fiction, following AFL, and spending quality time with her family.
