Keturah Sageman

Keturah Sageman is a Senior Partner with over 25 years of dedicated experience in family law. She is an Accredited Family Law Practitioner and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Keturah’s extensive practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including complex property and financial settlements, prenuptial agreements, parenting disputes such as interstate and international relocations and abductions, as well as child support matters. Keturah regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and is adept at both litigation and negotiating out-of-court settlements. She also facilitates mediations to assist clients in resolving disputes amicably where possible. Admitted to practice in New South Wales, Western Australia, and Victoria, Keturah has held senior positions at leading family law firms in Sydney, where she represented high net worth clients prior to joining Nicholes Family Lawyers in 2012. Within the firm, she mentors junior lawyers, contributes to the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria, and shares her expertise through presentations at family law conferences.
