Deanna Elsner

Deanna Elsner is a Senior Associate at Adrian Abrahams Family Lawyers, bringing nearly two decades of experience in Family Law since her admission in 2005. Having joined the firm in 2006, Deanna has developed a comprehensive practice across all facets of Family Law, including matters involving de facto relationships, property settlements, and children’s issues. Her work spans proceedings in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Children’s Court, Magistrates’ (Family Violence) Court, as well as the County and Supreme Courts of Victoria. Deanna routinely prepares a range of legal agreements such as Binding Financial Agreements, including pre-nuptial and separation agreements, consent orders, superannuation agreements, as well as sperm donor and surrogacy agreements. She also handles related matters including superannuation splitting and flagging orders, Wills, and Powers of Attorney. Deanna has acted in complex financial disputes and contested cases concerning the living arrangements and relocation of young children.
