Adrian Abrahams

Adrian Abrahams brings extensive experience across all areas of family law, including financial settlements and matters concerning children. With a strong background in litigation, he has appeared as barrister or instructed Counsel in numerous family law jurisdictions over many years. Adrian has represented clients in complex property and maintenance matters, family disputes, de facto and same-sex relationship issues, as well as children’s rights and arrangements. He has considerable experience with sole occupancy, residence, and special purpose orders. His approach focuses on achieving favourable outcomes for clients through professional expertise and cost-effective strategies. Adrian is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
