Karin Harris has been practising law since 1995, bringing over two decades of experience in Wills and Estates law in South Australia. She joined Wearing & Blairs in 2016, following several years with other prominent South Australian law firms, including nearly five years focused on Wills and Estates matters. With a background that also includes commercial and family law, Karin is well-equipped to offer comprehensive advice on estate planning and the administration of deceased estates. Her approach is informed by a broad understanding of legal issues, ensuring clients receive clear and practical guidance. Karin’s areas of assistance include preparing Wills and succession planning, managing deceased estates, drafting Enduring Power of Attorney and Advance Care Directive documents, as well as advising on superannuation death benefit nominations and claims.
