About Donald

Donald Blairs graduated from Adelaide University in 2002 with degrees in Finance and Law. He brings extensive experience gained over more than 13 years as an industrial lawyer, including his time working for a large union prior to joining Wearing & Blairs in April 2016. Donald has represented employees across various State and Federal courts and tribunals, developing significant expertise in workers compensation and industrial disputes, including cases involving underpayment claims and unfair dismissals. His strong track record in negotiating with large employers reflects his thorough understanding of employment law and workers compensation matters. He is an active member of the Law Society of South Australia, where he serves as Co-Chair of the Industrial Relations Committee, and is also the Presiding Member of the Return to Work Minister’s Advisory Committee.
