About Us

RITT LAW was established in 2010 with a commitment to providing comprehensive family law services tailored to the needs of clients in Albany Creek and surrounding areas. Led by Principal Pamela Ritt, who is Albany Creek’s only Accredited Specialist in Family Law as well as a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, the firm delivers expert guidance across a broad spectrum of family law matters. The firm’s practice encompasses divorce and separation, children and co-parenting arrangements, domestic violence and child abuse cases, as well as consent orders and parenting plans. It also addresses property settlements, including superannuation splitting, child and spousal maintenance, de-facto relationship matters, and binding financial and pre-nuptial agreements. Clients benefit from a range of dispute resolution options, including mediation, litigation, arbitration, and collaborative law. Recognising the interconnected nature of family transitions, RITT LAW also provides services relating to wills, powers of attorney, and deceased estates. In 2015, the RITT LAW Conveyancing Centre was established to offer residential conveyancing services, enhancing support for clients embarking on new beginnings. The firm expanded further with the opening of its Strathpine office, which includes dedicated mediation rooms to facilitate alternative dispute resolution processes. RITT LAW is committed to accessible client service, offering appointments after hours and on Saturdays by arrangement. The practice aims to provide peace of mind to individuals and families by delivering clear, supportive legal advice across family law, conveyancing, and estate planning matters.
