Dallas Sather

Dallas Sather is the Managing Director and Principal Solicitor of the practice, bringing extensive expertise in property and development law. He offers a comprehensive approach to property transactions, covering all stages from acquisition and financing to development, construction, sales, and leasing. Combining his experience as both a property lawyer and developer, Dallas focuses on providing practical and commercially viable solutions tailored to client needs. His practice encompasses a broad range of property-related matters, including finance structuring; development and construction projects across commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use sectors; sales and acquisitions; due diligence for property transactions; commercial lease advice for retail, office, and industrial premises; and title structuring. Dallas has advised and represented a diverse client base including private individuals, corporate entities, and property developers throughout Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Noteworthy engagements include advising PB & Co Projects on a $60 million acquisition in Kurraba Point, NSW; assisting Matter Projects with transactions involving over $200 million in industrial assets; and providing strategic counsel to Billboard Media during their $12.5 million acquisition and subsequent $25 million sale within nine months. Other significant clients include Forty Winks for their leasing needs in Victoria, Ausker Energies on the redevelopment of an 80 square kilometre wind farm site on the Eyre Peninsula, and a number of private developers in bayside and eastern suburbs. The practice also acts for 50 real estate agents across Victoria and holds preferred adviser status with Real Time Agent.
