Mr Esan Pilai is the Principal Lawyer and Managing Director with extensive experience in criminal law, intervention orders, and motor vehicle offences. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology. Admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, Mr Pilai is qualified to provide legal counsel across Australia. With decades of practice, Mr Pilai has represented clients in a wide range of courts including State and Federal jurisdictions in Victoria and New South Wales, as well as the Queensland Magistrates’ and Children’s Courts.
