Kenneth Yardy

With an extensive career spanning over three decades, Kenneth brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his legal practice. Having served as the principal of a Boutique Liquor & Hospitality Law Practice for more than 20 years, Kenneth has adeptly provided a comprehensive suite of legal services to a diverse clientele within the hospitality industry. His practice has included acting on behalf of licensees, hotel groups, registered clubs, major event organisers, developers, government authorities, and even collaborating with other law firms. Kenneth's career is uniquely enriched by his prior experience as a NSW Police Detective and Academy Lecturer, a background that lends him invaluable insights into the legal system. This distinctive blend of law enforcement and legal practice equips him with a multifaceted perspective when addressing complex client matters. His commitment to education and professional development has seen him deliver seminars on licensing and various legal topics for renowned bodies like TAFE, TVED, and Legalwise. More recently, Kenneth has shared his knowledge as a Casual Teaching Fellow at the Faculty of Law & Justice, University of NSW. Continuously advancing his legal prowess, Kenneth actively contributes to the community by volunteering at the UNSW Kingsford Legal Centre's Criminal Advice nights, and participating in community activities with the Coogee Surf Club and the Cricketers Club of NSW.
