About Kristine Hallam
Kristine Hallam Littlewood is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in Conveyancing and Deceased Estates. She also advises on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship, and Family Law matters. Kristine’s conveyancing expertise includes handling complex transactions for large business operations within the vineyard sector, as well as transfers of rural land, Old System Title issues, and Water Act Licences. Kristine began her legal studies alongside a Bachelor of Arts (English major) at Newcastle University, advancing her legal education through the Barrister’s Admission Board Extension Committee at the University of Sydney. She was awarded the Law Society of NSW prize for topping the state in both Conveyancing and Succession Law examinations. Admitted to the Bar of NSW in 1980, Kristine later qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and was admitted to practice in Victoria. Beyond her legal practice, Kristine has been actively involved in the governance and legal affairs of non-profit organisations. She has served as Honorary Solicitor for the Cessnock Country Women’s Association and Cessnock Historical Society, contributed to the Hunter Valley Wine Country Tourism Board, and held committee roles with the Cessnock Athletics Club. She currently chairs the Board of Hunter Valley Grammar School, reflecting her commitment to community service and education.
