Grant Cheesman

Grant Cheesman is the Managing Principal at Grant Ross Legal with close to two decades of experience practising property and commercial law in both New Zealand and Australia. His career includes tenure at leading law firms complemented by a two-year period at Ernst & Young in London, where he gained valuable expertise in tax structuring, funds advisory, tax advisory and securitisation. Grant has extensive experience advising on a broad range of commercial and property matters. His practice encompasses commercial contracts and transactional law, with particular focus on joint ventures and property developments. He is well-versed in self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) property investment, providing guidance on complex regulatory and compliance issues.
