Grant Ross Legal was established in January 2018 by Managing Principal Grant Cheesman, a Perth-based property and commercial lawyer with over 20 years' experience practising in leading national law firms across New Zealand and Australia, including Victoria and Western Australia. Prior to founding the firm, Grant also gained valuable experience as a tax manager with Ernst & Young. The firm provides a broad range of legal services encompassing commercial and contract law, transactional work, joint ventures, property development and investment, as well as general and specialised conveyancing. Their expertise extends to insolvency matters, leasing, asset due diligence, financing, property-related taxes, and agribusiness.
