About Graham
Graham offers more than 30 years of experience in workplace health and safety law, commencing as a government prosecutor in the 1980s and advancing through key regulatory positions at the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. He joined Mallesons (now King & Wood Mallesons), where he led their Environmental and WHS practice in Melbourne and nationally, before founding his own boutique firm. He later headed Sparke Helmore’s Melbourne Workplace Relations Group, focusing on WHS, and served as Managing Partner, prior to establishing Dent Consulting & Legal. Alongside his practice, Graham has lectured in Masters courses at Monash and Melbourne Universities and holds qualifications including a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies, and postgraduate studies in Human Rights Law. Outside his professional commitments, Graham is dedicated to his family and is an accomplished Ironman triathlete, having completed six events and raised significant funds for the Very Special Kids Foundation. He supports international aid through child sponsorships and has been an active Amnesty International member for over three decades. Committed to community service, Graham provides pro bono legal advice to not-for-profits and charities, encouraging support for organisations like Lifeline.
