Peter Deed

Peter Deed was admitted as a solicitor in 1980 and joined Cranston McEachern the following year, becoming a partner in 1983. He currently leads the firm’s common law and litigation departments, overseeing a broad range of legal matters. Peter’s extensive career encompasses personal injury claims, insurance law, criminal law, as well as general and commercial litigation. Additionally, he handles private client issues including family law and unfair dismissal cases, providing comprehensive support tailored to each client’s circumstances. Outside the legal profession, Peter enjoys cooking, travelling to Paris, reading, and following cricket and rugby league. He also maintains an active lifestyle through regular cycling.
