Jillaine Duve

Jillaine Duve is an accomplished lawyer with an extensive career in litigation, spanning over 25 years since she was admitted to the bar in 1998. Her legal journey commenced as an Associate to a Supreme Court Judge in North Queensland, followed by a significant tenure as a Crown Prosecutor where she honed her skills in criminal law. Jillaine expanded her legal acumen on an international scale while working at Clifford Chance in London, gaining invaluable experience at the world’s largest law firm. Since joining Caldwell Martin Cox in 2006, Jillaine has dedicated her practice to family law, becoming a Partner in 2018. With nearly two decades of exclusive focus in this field, she frequently represents clients in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court across Parramatta, Wollongong, and Sydney. Jillaine is a certified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, having completed her national mediation qualifications in 2017. She is also actively involved with the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. Jillaine is passionately committed to resolving disputes amicably outside the courtroom. However, her comprehensive litigation background equips her to vigorously advocate for her clients in court, ensuring they reach favourable outcomes for themselves and their families. Beyond her legal practice, Jillaine has contributed significantly to her community, notably as a founding Director on the Board of the Bendigo Bank Community Bank in Picton.
