Caldwell Martin Cox is the oldest and most established law firm in the Macarthur region, having started in the township of Picton in 1950 before expanding to Camden, Narellan and, most recently, Gregory Hills. The Camden Local Government Area is one of the fastest growing areas in Australia, with large numbers of families moving to new housing developments every year. Our Property Team has evolved in that time and now assists hundreds of clients each month to buy and sell homes. Our lawyers have a particular expertise in rural conveyancing and regularly assist property owners with issues important to them including mine subsidence and water licences. We assist people buy and sell properties via various corporate vehicles, including family trusts, companies and self-managed superannuation funds.
