Michael Zande

Michael Zande serves as the Director and Solicitor at his firm, leveraging a career that spans several decades in the legal field. After being admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Queensland in 1987, Michael started his legal journey with a 6-year Articled Clerkship at his father’s law firm, Welldon & Zande. His early career was marked by extensive experience in commercial and property law, covering areas such as property conveyancing, business acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial litigation. This background provided him with a solid foundation in understanding complex commercial principles. By the early 1990s, Michael cultivated a keen interest in family law dispute resolution, committing exclusively to this area shortly thereafter. His dedication and excellence were recognised when he became accredited as a Family Law specialist in 1997, a prestigious recognition held by only a select group of practitioners in Queensland. In addition to his family law specialisation, Michael revitalised his practice in conveyancing and estate administration in 2003, building on his substantial experience to achieve a high level of proficiency in these fields.
