Throughout her career, Flora has witnessed the detrimental effects of hasty and ill-informed decision-making on SMEs. Recognising the need for guidance, she now dedicates her practice to helping these businesses navigate the complexities of construction law. Flora’s expertise encompasses establishing best practices for tenders and quotations, building robust contract management strategies, and implementing effective risk management processes. Flora is committed to providing bespoke legal advice, aiming to assist businesses in avoiding disputes or managing them efficiently to enhance profitability.
