Dwayne emphasises building long-term relationships and is known for his commercial acumen and practical approach, offering a comprehensive examination of each property transaction. With multilingual skills in Mandarin and Cantonese, Dwayne is equipped to handle his significant international clientele effectively. His notable experience in conveyancing includes acting for clients in the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties across Victoria, and preparing essential legal documents such as Contracts of Sale and Vendor Statements. In property development, Dwayne has acted for private developers on projects such as a $10 million off-the-plan development. He advises on various matters, including Section 173 agreements and Owners Corporation Rules.
