Michael Malual

Michael Malual is the founder of TULBA LEGAL and serves as a Barrister & Solicitor, dedicated to the delivery of justice with diligence and professionalism. With a particular interest in criminal law, Michael also focuses on family law, traffic matters, restraining orders, and migration law. His extensive experience includes representing clients in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Family Court of Western Australia, and the Administrative Appeal/Review Tribunal in migration cases. Michael is renowned for his calm, empathetic approach, ensuring each client's unique situation is addressed with tailored legal solutions. He prioritises listening to and supporting his clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes. He is admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and as a Solicitor in the High Court of Australia. Michael holds a Bachelor of Criminology and Justice and a Bachelor of Laws from Edith Cowan University, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
