Angela has extensive experience in commercial and workplace disputes, advising and representing clients through all litigation stages. She appears in both State and Federal jurisdictions, identifying risks early and exploring resolution pathways to protect her clients' interests. Angela's expertise in employment law and workplace relations allows her to act for both employers and employees on various issues, including termination of employment, general protections claims, workplace disputes, and discrimination. She also handles workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and post-employment restraints, and provides services such as drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance strategies to manage legal and reputational risk. In her commercial practice, Angela advises on a wide range of matters, including service and trade agreements, transport and logistics contracts, sports management contracts, sponsorship deals, and agreements in the medical and allied health sectors. Her work extends to confidentiality arrangements, intellectual property rights protection and licensing, influencer and brand partnerships, manufacturing and distribution contracts, and trademark registration.
