Before founding Tom & Co Legal, Tom's career spanned various roles in the South East Asian region, where he specialised in emerging market development and project finance, offering consultancy for multinationals in Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos. His earlier work also involved assisting asylum seekers with the Refugee Review Tribunal, underscoring his commitment to human rights. Tom's educational credentials are bolstered by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
