Melissa’s extensive qualifications underpin her comprehensive approach to legal practice, which encompasses wills and enduring powers of attorney, estate matters, title rectifications, requests to record deaths, adding a spouse to records, and transferring interests pursuant to court orders or binding financial agreements. Her expertise also spans traffic law, including matters heard in the Magistrates Court such as criminal charges, domestic violence cases, and civil litigation. Additional areas she manages include compliance, small business legal needs, and family law matters including consent orders and divorces. As a mother of four daughters, Melissa prioritises cultivating a workplace culture that supports a balanced home and work life for her team.
