Ray McClenahan

Ray McClenahan serves as the Managing Partner at Taylor & Scott Lawyers, where he has played a pivotal role since joining as an Associate in 1989. His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to Partner in 1991, Staff Partner in 1997, and eventually Managing Partner in 2018. As Managing Partner, Ray oversees all firm divisions and maintains external relations with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Ray manages the Workers Compensation and Superannuation dispute teams, focusing on Workers Compensation, Total and Permanent Disability, and income replacement disputes. Recognised by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Litigation Specialist, Ray provides expert legal advice in various areas, including negligence and misconduct claims, professional negligence, motor vehicle accidents, and superannuation law.
