Muhammad Tehseldar serves as the Principal Partner at T&S Law Firm, bringing over a decade of extensive legal experience since his admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012 and the High Court of Australia in 2017. Muhammad's practice focuses on representing and advising clients in complex criminal law matters, including cases involving murder, large-scale drug offences, terrorism, armed robbery, kidnapping, firearm and weapon charges, and tax fraud. He has also handled regulatory prosecutions and appeals in the District Court and the Court of Criminal Appeal. Muhammad's expertise extends beyond New South Wales into the jurisdictions of Queensland and Victoria, where he handles similar cases. He collaborates with a distinguished panel of experts, including King's Counsel, medical professors, and mental health clinicians, to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
