Ron Pearce

Ron Pearce serves as the Managing Partner for Ryan Carlisle Thomas and its regional partner firm, Stringer Clark, overseeing 17 offices and 110 staff throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria. He embarked on his legal career in 1975 as an articled clerk and began practising in 1979. Ron has devoted much of his career to personal injury law, focusing on Road Injury and TAC claims, as well as Workers Compensation and WorkCover claims, travelling extensively to advocate for his clients across Victoria. His commitment to the legal profession is further demonstrated through his membership and active involvement in various organisations such as the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Law Institute of Victoria. Ron has also contributed to several committees, including the Consumer Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia, the LIV Accident Compensation Committee, and the Victorian WorkCover Authority Legal Liaison Group. With almost five decades of experience in law, Ron has held the role of Managing Partner at Ryan Carlisle Thomas since 1998 and has been integral to Stringer Clark since 2007. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Ron's leadership and extensive experience in legal practice management have significantly contributed to the firm's success and reputation in the personal injury domain.
