Shannon Davies is the Principal at Stork Davies Legal Advisors, where he excels in front-end commercial law with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. His extensive expertise encompasses acquisitions and divestments of real estate, assets, and shares, as well as real estate developments and commercial leasing. Shannon is adept at handling loan arrangements, securities, and a wide array of general property and commercial matters. A former property law course director for the Piddington Society’s practical legal training program, Shannon has also been an instructor for the property law components of the Leo Cussen Centre for Law’s programs. Beyond his legal career, he is a life member of the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club and a co-founder of the Ethan Davies Fellowship, promoting global collaboration in paediatric brain cancer research.
