Craig Spagnol

Craig Spagnol serves as the Principal at Spagnol Legal, where he adeptly handles a diverse range of legal matters including alternative dispute resolution, business and corporate law, civil litigation, commercial law, conveyancing, debts and insolvency, employment law, insurance, leasing, litigation, privacy, trade practices, transport and logistics, and wills and estates. His legal acumen is further exemplified through his role as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Seaway, where he manages complex legal and corporate governance functions. As a Public Notary since 2015, Craig provides essential services such as document notarisation and advising on obtaining DFAT Apostille, among others. Craig's leadership extends into the educational sector where he has served as Director and Company Secretary at The Knox School, taking charge of the Risk Management Committee. His previous tenure as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Ansvar Insurance involved overseeing the legal operations and corporate secretarial duties across Australia and New Zealand.
