Alexander Sheed-Finck is the Director of SMR Legal, leading the firm's civil litigation department from their Shepparton and Melbourne offices. Renowned for his expertise in commercial litigation and property disputes, Alexander particularly excels in handling complex cases that necessitate formal mediation or court proceedings. Recognised as a commercial litigation specialist by the Law Institute of Victoria, Alexander's distinguished qualification highlights his extensive industry experience and competence. A board member of the Commercial Litigation Advisory Committee, Alexander contributes to shaping the standards for Accredited Specialisation in commercial litigation. He graduated as a Dean's Scholar with first class honours from Monash University and has furthered his expertise by completing the Insolvency Education Program with the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association. Continuing his professional development, he is pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.
