Ruby Poynter is a dedicated solicitor with a dual degree in Law and Arts from Macquarie University. She further enhanced her expertise by completing a Master of Laws in Family Law at the College of Law Australia. Ruby has gained extensive experience in handling complex family law issues, such as domestic violence, property proceedings, and matters involving taxation fraud and migration. Her approach is driven by a passion for making legal services affordable and ensuring clients remain empowered throughout their legal journey. Ruby currently practises at Smart Choice Law in Coffs Harbour, where she continues to focus on family law and wills and estates. Her previous roles include being a Junior Family Lawyer at New South Lawyers and a Law Graduate at Foulsham & Geddes, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape. Ruby's career began with roles that provided a solid foundation in client service and legal recruitment, enhancing her understanding of client needs and industry dynamics. Raised in Grafton, Ruby possesses a deep appreciation of her community and the distinct challenges it faces.
