Craig's dedication and acumen propelled him to partner status at Middletons, now K&L Gates, before the age of 30, where he excelled in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. In 2010, driven by a desire for a more balanced professional life, Craig established Sierra Legal. His vision was to create a dynamic and flexible firm that values both high-calibre legal services and the well-being of its team. Sierra Legal offers expert advice in various areas, including mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts, and trade practices. The firm is also pioneering legal innovation through its Arreis Automation division, which facilitates the development of bespoke legal technology solutions. Beyond his role as Director at Sierra Legal, Craig serves as a Non-Executive Director at Simoco and is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, where he connects with business leaders globally.
