Paul Sarvaas

Paul Sarvaas is a founding principal and Partner at Sarvaas Ciappara Lawyers, bringing over 27 years of extensive legal experience to his practice. Before establishing his firm, Paul honed his skills at prestigious law firms such as Minter Ellison in Adelaide and Watson Mangioni in Sydney, serving as a partner for three years at the latter. His career is marked by a commitment to litigation and regulatory matters, having successfully managed significant cases involving contract law, trade practices, corporations law, construction, property, and insolvency. Paul's clientele spans both large and small corporations, and he has adeptly represented his clients across all Court jurisdictions in New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia. His early career includes serving as an associate to the Honourable Chief Justice King of the Supreme Court of South Australia from 1989 to 1990, providing him with invaluable insights into the judicial process. Acknowledged for his expertise, Paul is recognised as a Notary Public and is a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries (ANZCN). His academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History from The Australian National University, complemented by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Adelaide.
