Catherine Bray

Catherine Bray serves as the Principal at Russell Kennedy, specialising in property, infrastructure, and development law. Catherine excels in managing commercial and industrial property development, pre-commitment leasing, and landlord-tenant portfolio leasing, providing asset management advice and solutions for breaches of contract and disputes. Her proficiency extends to finance, procurement, and contract management, adeptly documenting and implementing intricate leases and long-term property arrangements. Catherine's career spans roles both in private practice and in-house positions with major corporations like Woolworths Limited and McDonalds Australia Limited. Her notable projects include advising on the sale of a $1bn real estate portfolio, land acquisition for Asia Pacific data centres, and land access agreements for renewable energy projects. She has been instrumental in key developments such as the Humelink, Snowy II, and Powering Sydney's Future projects.
