Johnny Kong is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Riverwood Migration. He brings extensive legal experience acquired from his time at various national and international law firms in Sydney. Drawing on this background, Johnny co-founded Riverwood Migration alongside Sebastian, where he primarily focuses on skilled migration, with particular attention to high risk student visas, corporate migration, and employer sponsored visas. Johnny is highly regarded by numerous listed companies, prominent private enterprises, and high net worth individuals as a trusted advisor for migration law matters. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, he is well-equipped to assist a diverse range of clients. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University, and has completed the Level 1 Chartered Financial Analyst qualification. Johnny is also an associate member of CPA Australia. He is a member of both the Law Society of New South Wales and the Law Society of New Zealand.
