Renowned for his ability to lead negotiations and manage large-scale transactions and disputes, Tim effectively implements commercial solutions that align with his clients’ goals and the realities of each case. His noteworthy transactional work includes leading negotiations for a high-rise office building in Sydney’s CBD, a substantial pastoral acquisition, and handling multifaceted share disposals. In leasing, Tim represents significant property holding entities and agricultural partnerships, ensuring meticulous contract drafting and negotiation. In the realm of commercial disputes, Tim has successfully represented joint venture partners, farming partnerships, mining companies, and other corporations in high-stakes litigation, often recovering substantial settlements and costs. His insolvency work includes acting for liquidators and directors in complex proceedings involving asset recovery and breach of duty claims.
