Peter Gell

Peter Gell is a seasoned principal lawyer who was admitted as a solicitor in 1981. He holds both law qualifications and a Master's degree in taxation from the University of New South Wales. He is also recognised as a Chartered Taxation Advisor. Throughout his career, Peter has contributed significantly to the field of law through his involvement with the taxation and GST sub-committees of the Law Society of NSW. His expertise is further highlighted by his presentations at numerous conferences and seminars, as well as his published work with Lexis Nexis in estate planning. Additionally, Peter has played a role in developing subject material for the College of Law’s master's program in estate planning. Peter's practice encompasses a broad array of areas, including taxation advisory, estate planning, wills, probate, and commercial law. His clientele is diverse, ranging from public companies and associations to other law firms, accountancy and financial planning firms, as well as small to medium-sized enterprises and individuals.
