Amy Lee is the Founding Senior Associate at Peloton Legal, where she provides expert advice on public mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate restructures, reverse takeovers, and commercial transactions across various industries. Based in Perth, Amy is recognised for her proficiency in public M&A and her exceptional skills in transaction management and regulatory liaison. Before establishing Peloton Legal, Amy contributed significantly at MinterEllison as a Senior Associate in Corporate and M&A, building on her extensive background in the legal sector. Earlier in her career, she honed her expertise at HopgoodGanim Lawyers, where she worked on public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, IPOs, and regulatory compliance with the ASX and NSX. Her role in developing the firm's digital assets practice underscores her innovative approach to fintech regulation. In addition to her corporate law experience, Amy served as a Lawyer for Enforcement WA at ASIC, reinforcing her strong foundation in legal and regulatory frameworks.
