Martin O'Sullivan is the Director and Principal of O'Sullivans Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys in Perth, Western Australia. With a robust background as a registered Trans-Tasman Patent and Trade Mark Attorney, Martin holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biotechnology and an MBA. Since commencing his career in intellectual property in 1993, Martin has been dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs and organisations in leveraging the value of their intellectual assets. Before founding his practice in 2009, Martin was a partner at WA’s largest patent and trademark firm, where he honed his skills in strategic IP management. At Capra Group Pty Ltd, which he directed from 2006 to 2020, Martin focused on delivering customised commercial solutions and strategic IP management. Martin served as a director at Proteomics International, where he contributed to the company's strategic IP initiatives and business planning. His experience extends to Manta IP Management Services, where he led consulting projects helping companies identify and manage their IP assets for commercial success. At Wrays, he provided a full spectrum of patent and trademark services, further establishing his expertise in technology management and business planning. His educational credentials include an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property from the University of Technology Sydney, underpinning his strategic insights into IP management.
