As a Senior Associate at O'Connor Law, Casia Betros brings over a decade of comprehensive experience in commercial and property law, including leasing, business sales, estate administration, and commercial litigation. Her expertise spans across commercial law, company law, business transactions involving asset and equity sales, and property law covering rural, residential, and commercial matters. Casia is adept in dealing with franchising and both commercial and retail leasing issues. Her journey with O'Connor Law began as a Secretary in 2014, progressing to roles as a Paralegal and Lawyer, before her current position as a Senior Associate. This progression showcases her dedication and profound understanding of the legal environment in Cairns. Additionally, Casia contributes to the legal community as a Committee Member of the Far North Queensland Law Association. Casia's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Laws and Accounting from James Cook University and a Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
