The firm was formed through the merger of two esteemed Central Coast law firms, Cleary Solicitors and O’Connor & Co., on 1 July 2021. Originally established by Terry O’Connor, whose notable career encompassed Supreme Court appearances, Legal Aid matters, and leadership as President of the Central Coast Law Society, the firm continues under the stewardship of Tim O’Connor. Tim holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Newcastle and has practised as a solicitor since 2012. His extensive legal expertise spans conveyancing, property law, family law, wills, estates, and business law.
