Christina von Muenster

Christina von Muenster serves as a Senior Lawyer at NDA Law, leveraging almost two decades of extensive experience across various disciplines. Admitted to practice in 2006, she possesses a Master of Taxation from the University of NSW, achieved with Excellence, and graduated with First Class Honours in Law from Flinders University. A Fellow of The Tax Institute, Christina has established her reputation within the South Australian legal community. Her practice encompasses commercial law, taxation, superannuation, and not-for-profit governance, where she is recognised for her precision, strategic insight, and collaborative approach. Christina's areas of expertise include business structuring, business transactions, trust law, corporate governance, and handling state and federal tax disputes. She provides comprehensive advice on income tax, stamp duty, land tax, payroll tax, and superannuation compliance and has experience representing clients in administrative appeals and voluntary disclosures. Before her current role, Christina was the Principal Lawyer at Eaglesea Law and held senior positions at prominent commercial firms in Adelaide. Her earlier career in allied health as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist adds a unique perspective to her legal practice. Her commitment to community service is evident through over 13 years of board service in various professional and cultural organisations. As a leader within the Women Lawyers’ Association of South Australia, she has played a pivotal role in legislative reform and mentoring through the Law Society of South Australia.
