Martin Treston

Martin Treston, a partner at the firm since 1 January 2005, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Born and raised in the Innisfail district, Martin pursued his legal education at the University of Queensland, leading to his admission as a solicitor on 3 February 1997. Celebrating over 25 years in legal practice, Martin is the firm's commercial partner. His practice encompasses conveyancing, commercial transactions, disputes, wills and estate planning, and estate administration and litigation. He has a special interest in estate planning and business succession, particularly tailored for rural and farming communities in North Queensland. Martin is known for his common-sense approach to complex commercial issues, combining practical insights with a strong theoretical foundation.
