Pip founded Monk Lawyers in 2023 following a decade of significant contributions at Tasmanian Legal Aid. Pip's legal journey began at the University of Tasmania, where she graduated in 2010, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2011. Her professional path took her to the Legal Services Commission of South Australia, where her advocacy prowess quickly became evident. Returning to Tasmania in 2013, Pip spent ten influential years with Tasmanian Legal Aid, building her reputation as an accomplished and fearless defender in criminal law.
