Formerly a director at De Vita & Dixon Lawyers and a partner at Mony De Kerloy, she opted to create a boutique firm that prioritises delivering exceptional client service on a commercial basis. Melissa has a profound understanding of the legal landscape in Western Australia, particularly in estate planning, conveyancing, property, wills, and commercial law. As a parent of young children, Melissa appreciates the intricacies of balancing personal and professional responsibilities, and she is committed to simplifying legal processes for her clients. She ensures accessibility and communication through various channels, including mobile and email, and makes herself available beyond standard office hours to accommodate her clients' needs. Melissa has honed her expertise over the years, having served as director and lawyer at MDH Legal since its inception in 2013. Prior to that, she amassed considerable experience as a director at De Vita & Dixon Lawyers for nearly a decade and as a partner at Mony De Kerloy Barristers & Solicitors. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws with a focus on accounting from Sacred Heart College, completed in 1994.
